Over the years I've taken some time to find textures, colors, and content to inspire myself to create more natural inspired content in my designs and prints. I've specifically taken photos of plants, animals, and insects as they offer eye-catching colors and textures. I like to take many of the natural colors from my photos and incorporate them into my designs and prints. After having taken so many up-close photos I've grown interested in aerial photography with the bird's eye use of a drone. Enjoy the things I've seen in nature

PechaKucha Night was devised in Tokyo in February 2003 as an event for young designers to meet, network, & show their work in public. It has turned into a massive celebration, with events happening in hundreds of cities around the world, inspiring creatives worldwide. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the sound of "chit chat", it rests on a presentation format that is based on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds. It's a format that makes presentations concise, and keeps things moving at a rapid pace. Presented by the Sioux Falls Design Center, the Sioux Falls Pecha Kucha City organizer, 5-10 thinkers and innovators will each present their ideas using 20 slides shown for 20 seconds each.
Check out the Sioux Falls Design Center and its past & future PKNs and other great opportunities it has to offer!
